Product Overview

Uncapped ADSL gives you the power to surf, play and download without worrying about a data cap. Although this is an Uncapped ADSL solution, Blade IT reserves the right to apply its fair-use policy.

Capped vs.

While uncapped ADSL offers you a set amount of bandwidth for a fixed monthly fee, in order to manage the costs of potential abuse, most ISPs have implemented fair use policies (FUP) that allow them to shape or rate limit traffic. This means that your internet experience could potentially be severely degraded compared to a capped solution which allows you the full line speed available to your connection.

Uncapped

If your internet requirements cover elements such as
email, basic internet, surfing (e.g. social media
interaction), then uncapped is a great solution for you.
However, if you are a heavier internet user that has a
requirement for gaming, video and music downloads, a
capped ADSL solution should be your choice. You get a
prioritised, unshaped service that offers you an internet
experience to match your line speed.

Requirements to apply for any of our Adsl line and data packages:
1) Copy of Certified ID
2) Proof of residence (not older than 3 months)
3) 1st page of telkom bill (if not used as proof of residence)
4) All Contact Details
5) Banking details (debit order)
